There had been numerous predictions of natural disasters and catastrophes to come. More earthquakes and tsunamis, as if Japan wasn’t enough, the thoughts were overwhelming.
My father and I gathered outside like we often did when I was younger. The breeze was fierce as usual exciting the coconut palms. We stood in silence and stared on in admiration, all fears ceased to exist. It was as though nothing changed, the same ole moon. I was at peace again.
